To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer a free tier with limited features. Free accounts are subject to usage limits and may have restricted functionality compared to paid plans.
Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. We may also offer limited-time lifetime deals at our discretion. Pricing and features for each plan are described on our website and may change with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Nextfront Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related communications from us (e.g., updates, security alerts, billing notices). You also agree to receive communications about other products and services offered by Nextfront Technologies Pvt Ltd that may be relevant to you. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@hiringforms.io. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Upon termination, we may delete your Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from account termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextfront Technologies Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nextfront Technologies Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) Customer Data you collect or process through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
